Well ended up waking up at 8:30am was supposed to sleep until 10:30am.  This is going to be a LONG day.

Just glad that the boys last night didn't call between 1am and 3am like they were maybe going to do.

Well Alan just pointed out something about why I seem to be going downhill as far as sleep just like him.  He has done some research and found out that the "supposedly better" CFL bulbs if you're around them all the time, like I have been in the living room, can cause your melatonin levels to decrease because of the high blue-light spectrum they put out.  He's also come to realize that since we started using those kind of light bulbs about a year before he started getting sick.  When we moved from Crescent Heights down to mom's house we quit using them except for the one I have on constantly in the living room.  We're planning on switching that one out after this weekend and see if we both do better.

Those bulbs are not healthy as it is.  Don't ever break one.  We haven't thank goodness.  You can't clean up the toxic mess fully yourself.  If one breaks and it gets on blankets, clothes or anything else you have to throw out those items because they will continue to be toxic for the next 20 years and can not be cleaned.  You have to have someone come in and professionally clean it up and it's been known to cost over $50,000 for one bulb.
