Actually got enough sleep last night to get to church this morning as well. Only stayed for Sacrament meeting but that was better than not going at all. Again they sang “Away in a Manger” this time I didn't tear up. Both Alan and I were really tired by the time Sacrament meeting was over that we headed home to have a nap. Slept for a couple more hours and then got up and got things ready for our Home Teachers to come over.
I'm going to apologize now for the next while if I'm not in a great mood. This is definitely not my favourite time of year. It has actually started to become my least liked time of year. I hate Christmas for what it has become. I hate the commercialism. Probably why I quit decorating the house too. The only part of Christmas I love is spending time with family. This year we're going to Brooks and then probably Calgary for Christmas to spend it with Alan's family.
And if you're wondering what to get us for Christmas. Well all I want is to be able to pay my bills.
